Layer paints are designed for precise layering and the targeted highlighting of details on miniatures. White Scar is ideal for pure, clear white and is particularly well suited for strong highlights, edge accents, light reflections, fabrics, armor, as well as clean white surfaces. The paint offers fine, controlled coverage and allows clear highlights without covering the underlying details.
Layer paints are applied in thin layers and allow light and depth to be built up deliberately. White Scar is excellent for lightening surfaces to the maximum light point or adding targeted accents without appearing chalky or blotchy.
For optimal results, it is recommended to thin the paint slightly and apply it in several thin layers. This allows for even white surfaces and precise highlights.
