Layer paints are designed for precise layering and targeted highlighting of details on miniatures. Straken Green is ideal for bright, muted green tones and is particularly well suited for the skin of orks and creatures, uniforms, fabrics, equipment, as well as nature-inspired or military color schemes. The paint offers balanced, controlled coverage and allows for clean, natural highlights.
Layer paints are applied in thin coats and allow light and depth to be built up in a controlled manner. Straken Green is excellent for brightening darker green tones or for applying subtle highlights without losing the natural overall impression or obscuring details.
For optimal results, it is recommended to slightly thin the paint and apply it in several thin layers. This allows for even surfaces and precise highlights.
