Warhammer - Citadel Colour: Contrast Ironjawz Yellow 29-52
Contrast colours combine the flow properties of a Shade paint with the colour density and adhesion of a Layer paint. With these paints, various areas of a miniature can be painted effortlessly to achieve strong contrasts and bold effects. Ironjawz Yellow is ideal for rich, warm yellow tones and is particularly well suited for armour, fabrics, banners, as well as Ork or military colour schemes.
Contrast Paints function as basecoat and shading in one step. The paint settles in recesses and automatically creates warm, natural shadows, while raised areas remain lighter. Ironjawz Yellow provides a strong yellow with clear depth and high contrast.
For optimal results, we recommend light base colours and the use of the primers Wraithbone, White Scar or Grey Seer to fully utilise the excellent flow and contrast properties of Contrast Paints.
