Warhammer - Citadel Colour: Base Incubi Darkness 21-11
Base paints are developed for the first, opaque colour application on miniatures and offer a high pigment density as well as strong adhesion. Incubi Darkness is ideally suited for very dark blue-green tones and is particularly well suited for armour, fabrics, vehicles as well as dark, aetherial or eldar-inspired colour schemes. The paint provides reliable coverage and forms an even foundation for further layering and shading steps.
Base paints can be applied evenly and ensure a clean, stable colour base on which highlights and shadows come into their own optimally. Incubi Darkness is excellently suited as a base colour for deep shadows, cool metallic effects, or high-contrast colour schemes.
For optimal results, it is recommended to thin the paint slightly and apply it in one to two even coats. This creates a smooth, opaque base without losing fine details.
